You thought Zuma was bad

Ha , President Evo Morales of  Bolivia, a former coca farmer and socialist, in a country well known for it's high grade yayo. Quite obviously plays by his own rules, and it seems that power has gone to his head.
He kicked a n opponent in the nuts, during a friendly  charity soccer match. Will give him this though he's in far better shape than Zuma.
