The Ugandan propoganda machine is at it again. The gay issue is one that the Ugandan govt really wants to see eradicated. The front-page newspaper story featured a list of Uganda’s 100 "top" homosexuals, with a bright yellow banner across it that read:"Hang Them." Alongside their photos were the men’s names and addresses.
Get the fuck out of here, pictures names and addreses? Fuck a duck! In the days since it was published, at least four gay Ugandans on the list have been attacked and many others are in hiding, according to rights activist Julian Onziema. One person named in the story had stones thrown at his house by neighbours
Look i'm all for equal rights and shit, but if the country put out a hit liist on me, I'd lay lower than a motherfucker. I can't imagine how this is being done so bluntly. All of a sudden I appreciate, the freedoms oi have in this country. End of the day the day the people on the list aren't hurting anyone, and quite frankly don't deserve to be hunted down in this manner. Shit is backwards.
It's not surprising though considering that Uganda, brought us this video that was circulating heavy, on the net.
The National Taskforce against Homosexuality, classic, this is the clip Yfm Dj Mpho Maboi was subsequently suspended, for playing it air. Look this video made, infact still makes me laugh, and I guess because of that. I didn't realise that Uganda was on some Hang them all tip shit is just wrong.
