People always seem to lack a sense of humour when it comes to either minority jokes or gay jokes especially when the jokes come from a person who is in a position of authority or influence. Sepp Blater happened to crack a joke about Gays being careful in Qatar as they're not too happy about homosexuals as they are a very conservative country.
FIFA boss Sepp Blatter warned that gays should be careful at the 2022 World Cup in the conservative Gulf nation of Qatar.
“They should refrain from any sexual activities,” Blatter quipped in Johannesburg on Monday when asked if gays and lesbians should worry about attending the World Cup in Qatar because of its hostile attitude toward homosexuality

Blatter swiftly went on to say that FIFA would not tolerate any form of discrimination and that he was sure that everyone would be able to attend and enjoy the World Cup in Qatar.
I love the fact that the FIFA World Cup is going to Qatar but I'm sceptical cause of the heat and the no alcohol rule but I was told that they do serve liquor in some hotels so it shouldn't be a train smash.
